Dusk is your shield against endless scrolling. It takes back control of your screen time through active, real-time intervention — not just passive reports you'll ignore. Unlike other screen time apps that rely on willpower alone, Dusk intelligently blocks distracting apps when you need to focus, respects your privacy completely (your data never leaves your device), and nudges you toward better habits with minimal friction.
